This is an auxiliary dock in Aeternis, filled with the destroyed remains of the Cirrus. A small maintenance dinghy floats in the canal.

To navigate the canal, pick up the hose in the dinghy, then connect it to the terminal at the western end of the dinghy. Then use the lever to navigate... But not before you dump the amulet, inkwell, or some aqua fortis in the water (or hose Sasha down with scalding water at the sluice, that works too).
